I volontari fanno i salti mortali con avvitamento per aiutare i gatti, anche nelle situazioni più difficoltose. Alla loro disponibilità ed altruismo vanno i miei ringraziamenti più calorosi, sono loro il cuore pulsante del gattile. La struttura è molto ben tenuta, pulita e ben organizzata ed i gatti ospiti vengono trattati come principi. We would need many more structures of this type, real havens for cats in difficulty. Volunteers do flips with twists to help cats, even in the most difficult situations. My warmest thanks go to their availability and altruism, they are the beating heart of the cattery. The facility is very well maintained, clean and well organized and the host cats are treated like principles.

I locali a disposizione sono puliti, agli ospiti non manca nulla.... se non trovare chi li ami x sempre ! Andate a visitare il gattile di Bergamo! A safe place where cats of all ages are welcomed who come mostly from sad experiences. The volunteers do their utmost with great self-denial and competence. The rooms available are clean, guests do not miss anything .... if not to find those who love them x always! Go and visit the Bergamo cattery!

Ci siamo recati, io e il mio compagno, da loro per adottare un micio. Abbiamo scelto loro perché avevo già adottato 2 mici nella loro sede di un altra città. Quando siamo arrivati la volontaria, senza farci nemmeno entrare, ha chiesto se abbiamo i balconi con la rete di sicurezza. Rispondo di si. Quindi chiede se abbiamo le zanzariere. Alla mia risposta negativa dice che loro adottano solo a gente con le zanzariere a casa e che è una loro prerogativa. (Ha usato esattamente queste parole) Arrivata a casa ho scritto direttamente alla pagina dell' Enpa generale per chiedere se fosse vera questa cosa e mi hanno detto che non sono obbligatorie. Ho scritto quindi alla loro pagina Instagram Enpa gattile Bergamo e anche loro stessi mi hanno detto che non sono obbligatorie!! Che dipende dai casi e che serve conoscersi e avere un colloquio per capire meglio. Mi spiace che per colpa di certi soggetti facciate una così brutta figura. Giudicare le persone per simpatia o per estetica non è molto professionale. Spero sinceramente che non siate tutti così e che sia stata io sfortunata a trovare questa persona così poco professionale. Ieri ho lasciato il mio numero di cellulare sul blocco all'ingresso, sono la prima del foglio se mai avreste bisogno di contattarmi per chiarimenti. Saluti. Bad experience because of one of their volunteers who apparently decided that I was not suitable just seeing me. We went, my partner and I, to them to adopt a cat. We chose them because I had already adopted 2 cats in their office in another city. When we arrived, the volunteer, without even letting us in, asked if we have balconies with safety nets. I answer yes. Then he asks if we have mosquito nets. To my negative answer he says that they only adopt people with mosquito nets at home and that it is their prerogative. (He used exactly these words) When I got home I wrote directly to the page of the General Enpa to ask if this thing was true and they told me that they are not mandatory. So I wrote to their Instagram page Enpa gattile Bergamo and even they themselves told me that they are not mandatory !! Which depends on the cases and you need to know each other and have an interview to understand better. I'm sorry that because of some people you make such a bad impression. Judging people by sympathy or aesthetics is not very professional. I sincerely hope that you are not all like that and that it was unfortunate for me to find this person so unprofessional. Una settimana fa ho adottato una coppia di micini di 4 mesi che dopo essere nati, erano stati abbandonati lungo una strada e, anche in questo caso, il gattile si è preso cura di loro. Tutto merito di un'ottima organizzazione interna fatta anche da diversi volontari. Chi volesse adottare un gatto, previa verifica di alcuni requisiti, questa struttura ti offre la possibilità di dare loro una chanche. Tutti i gatti adottati sono muniti di chip e vaccinati e, se non troppo piccoli, anche sterilizzati. I giorni di visita del gattile, al momento in cui scrivo, sono il giovedì e il sabato pomeriggio, tuttavia consiglio sempre di verificare il loro sito o le loro pagine Facebook o Instagram per tutti gli aggiornamenti del caso. I numerosi volontari si spendono per rendere l'ambiente accogliente e per dare moltissimi consigli alle persone che, come me, si sono decise ad adottare un pelosetto. Adottate qui un gatto e la vostra vita cambierà in meglio! A clean, spacious and safe environment where cats are welcomed and cared for looking for a home and a biped to whom they can give a lot of affection. The numerous volunteers go out of their way to make the environment welcoming and to give a lot of advice to people who, like me, have decided to adopt a furry dog. Adopt a cat here and your life will change for the better!
