★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ci siamo, ed è davvero un peccato, perché in un esercizio commerciale non ci si può permettere di essere così scortesi e arroganti. E sono il primo a odiare la frase "il cliente ha sempre ragione", non sono però neanche d'accordo sull'approccio tenuto ultimamente dalla gestione per cui il cliente ha sempre torto, con tanto di cartelli minatori sulle vetrine, che ti mettono a disagio appena ti avvicini e che ti tacciano, nel caso ma a priori, di essere una persona irrispettosa.
Poi entri, e la ragazza ti accoglie con la stessa spocchia ingiustificata.
Stiamo scherzando? Ma un po' di gentilezza?
Davvero, un gran dispiacere, perché ho sempre trovato i vini piacevoli.
Certo sono scelte, che determinano però anche la mia scelta di non essere più cliente abituale.
