Assurdo per arrivarci , con una strada a doppio senso con lo spazio per una sola auto , il tutto completamente privo di Indicazioni Stradali , e di una giusta organizzazione del personale. Consegna praticamente in 3 giorni nel nord Italia, prodotto conforme nel suo packaging originale. Da rivedere l'imballo del pacco: appena aperto il cartone, le briciole di polistirolo si sono attaccate su mani vestiti, mobili, pavimento. Per separare carta e plastica per la differenziata ci ho messo 20 min. Meglio pluriball o, per risparmio/riciclo, anche la carta di giornale è meglio. I ordered a product online, I haven't found a better price anywhere else. Delivery practically in 3 days in northern Italy, compliant product in its original packaging. The packaging of the parcel needs to be reviewed: as soon as the cardboard was opened, the polystyrene crumbs stuck to the hands, clothes, furniture and the floor. It took me 20 minutes to separate paper and plastic for recycling. Better bubble wrap or, for savings / recycling, even newspaper is better.

L’articolo (piuttosto costoso) acquistato era per fare un regalo e non è arrivato in tempo. Ho dovuto spendere degli ulteriori soldi per sostituire il prodotto non consegnato. Dopo l'ottavo giorno di attesa, ho sollecitato il venditore ben tre volte. Anche se il problema probabilmente è attribuibile al corriere, la mia stella (e se potessi non segnerei nemmeno una stella) è dovuta al fatto che IL SERVIZIO POST-VENDITA E DI ATTENZIONE AL CLIENTE DI GME È STATO NEFASTO, il venditore si lava le mani, non mi ha dato soluzioni e/o alternative, non mi ha facilitato il reso e il rimborso e non risponde nemmeno alla mia mail che ho inviato dove gli ricordavo le condizioni che Enoteca Merone vanta nella sua politica di garanzia e protezione al consumatore. Esperienza pessima. Assolutamente sconsigliabile!!! UNRELIABLE. Nothing to complain about their products.
