We ordered a bottle of wine, after a slight delay for the appetizers we were offered some goulash to nibble. Nice and honest.

Thanks to Fabio and the staff of La Caneveta for today's lunch; with appetizing platters of cold cuts and cheeses and "gourmet-like" bruschetta waiting for a tasty risotto washed down with good wines, we felt really pampered!

I tavoli esterni dove siamo stati serviti, erano disseminati di tazzine e bicchieri vuoti. We stopped for coffee. There were 2 other people in the room. Il titolare e le ragazze sono stati disponibilissimi ed hanno allestito un buffet con prodotti particolari (jamòn iberico tagliato a coltello al momento) e stuzzichini vari, tenendo conto della possibilità che qualche nostro ospite fosse vegetariano. Siamo stati trattati come dei principi, molto di più di quello che ci potevamo aspettare!!! GRAZIE DI CUORE! Enrico and I got married in December in Barbarano Vicentino and we decided (the day before our YES) to offer all participants an aperitif before continuing for lunch. The owner and the girls were very helpful and set up a buffet with special products (Iberian jamòn cut with a knife at the moment) and various snacks, taking into account the possibility that some of our guests were vegetarians. We were treated like principles, much more than we could expect !!! THANK YOU WITH ALL MY HEART!
