β β β β β Food was not good by Italian standards. I was very disappointed. The owner tried to sell us a β¬70 bottle of wine, we choose one for β¬35 which was delicious.
I give this 1star as we were rushed, I was still eating my Primo, when they came to order my Secondi.
This is not a genuine Italian experience. Rushed, tourist trap.

β β β β β Was an amazing experience. Went ast night with my fiance on a surprise trip to Bormio. Was a cold and. Wet night but found in this place all the heat needed. We didn't booked but they let us in even if they where full and offered us a glass of prosecco. They we got lucky and got a table neer the stove. The place was full and even inside the enoteca. The owner is fantastic professional with an anermous passion in what she does. The food was just amazing. Cooked with techniques. With love and all product fresh from local sources and also from Piemonte. We had a stuff onion which was, delicious and also a tortino con tartufo nero poi ceci pasta con coniglio e tartufo nero e also ravioli. A selection of beautifull cheese locally produced and a white chocolate sphere and raspberry. For drink I choose for my fiance a bottle of Pol Roger champagne rose 2000. Ed also had a beautiful glass o red sforzato beautifully recommended by the owner and a glass of sweet wine for he dessert. Place amazing well managed and beautiful enoteca with an extreme choice of good label from Toscana to Piemonte friully and also Francia. And. Much more. Xxxxxxx

β β β β β Excellent dinner! Highly suggest. The Pumpkin Ravioli and Deer Fillet (and the wine!) were the highlights.

β β β β β Great setting, attentive and knowledgeable service. Wine is chosen by going to their connected wine shop. Retail+10 to have your choice with your meal. Very knowledgeable wine staff. Best to describe the experience you are looking for and see what is recommended. The food was very good. Deer Fusilli and slow cooked Cod perfectly prepared. Finished with a Sacher torte which was a good representation but I would have preferred the hard chocolate on the top only, not all sides (traditional). Most definitely a strong recommendation. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

β β β β β Really a nice experience twice. Piedmont influenced menu with delicious choice of various delicacies made with meat, cheese and vegetables. The restaurant includes a very good wine cellar from where you can pick your own bottle of wine. Staff is very well trained and very kind. Service is good and not long in between courses. An experience I recommend
