Paolo propone sempre dei vini interessanti accompagnando ogni calice con cicchetti di qualità, come ostriche francesi, tartare di carne battuta finemente e taglieri di affettati, serviti con pane caldo. Sempre presenti alla mescita bolle di vini champagne. Prezzo importante ma in linea con l'alta qualità dei prodotti offerti. Elegant, welcoming and pleasant environment in the center. Praticamente un buco di posto e con tavoli all'esterno: la cosa carina è che danno delle coperte da mettersi addosso per il freddo e pellicciotto sulla panca, ma siamo a fine ottobre e la sera fa troppo freddo, a dicembre e gennaio cosa faranno? Assurdo far stare le persone fuori al freddo, poi servito poco e nulla e fatto pagare 16 euro in 4: un succo e ginger 3 e 50 a testa e due alcolici a 9 euro; due stuzzichini del cavolo che dai siamo in 4 cosa vuoi che assaggiamo? Non ci vado più sicuramente!!! Overpriced for what we were served. First time that a local does not have a list with what it offers. Non un ristorante, ma un covo per appassionati (e curiosi) di eccellenze locali (vino, salumi, formaggi) e abbinamenti non banali. Lasciatevi guidare da Paolo nel suo amatissimo territorio, ma anche nel mondo delle ostriche! Prezzi in linea con la qualità. Da provare. In the center of the pretty Feltre, a splendid little restaurant with attention to every detail. Not a restaurant, but a den for enthusiasts (and curious) of local excellence (wine, meats, cheeses) and non-trivial combinations. D	Diego Fontana on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Peccato...9 euro per 2 "Hugo-spritz", come stuzzichini 4 pezzi di pane vecchio con un po' di olio d'oliva...l'aperitivo proposto dalla barista (avevamo chiesto 2 spritz aperol ma non li facevano) era abbastanza innacquato, 4 euro e mezzo per del ghiaccio non li pago...le 3 stelle le metto per l'estetica del posto. speriamo per la prossima volta... Too bad ... 9 euros for 2 "Hugo-spritz", as appetizers 4 pieces of old bread with a little olive oil ... the aperitif proposed by the barista (we had asked for 2 spritz aperol but they didn't make them) it was quite watery, I don't pay 4 and a half euros for ice ... I put the 3 stars for the aesthetics of the place. hopefully for next time ...
