Stappato stasera il rosso del comandante di Salina: sorprendente, con una bella sapidità e delle note di more mature, profumate di sottobosco che si abbinano bene anche ai formaggi. Ma il top dell'abbinamento sarebbe con un filetto di cervo con salsa ristretta di frutti di bosco
