Aveva lavorato in aziende metalmeccaniche di grande specializzazione: tra i tanti prodotti silos per stabilimenti vinicoli. Forse la conoscenza di tante realta" gli avra' portato tanta passione. Tra le tante etichette presenti in enoteca quasi inesistenti sono quelle comuni nei supernercati. A queste si aggiungono superalcolici, spumanti, prosecchi di qualita' oltre che alcune birre artigianali. Sono presenti anche vini sfusi: alcuni di cantine locali ed altri provenienti da cantine di regioni vocate a produrre vini eccezionali Cconviene visitare questa enoteca. I have been close since the first days of opening. I was a friend of Giovanni Abbattista but I didn't know him as a "somelier". Il titolare, Sig. Giovanni è un esperto del settore oltre ad essere un conoscitore di vini in quanto sommelier certificato; infatti l'acquisto del vino sfuso o imbottigliato è accompagnato da un consiglio sui cibi da accostare, ottimo connubio per una buona degustazione a tavola. Oltre ai vini ci sono molti altri articoli affini al vino ideali per una tavola variegata con prodotti di alta qualità. Un consiglio, se andate a cena a casa di amici non c'è soluzione migliore di recarsi presso l'enoteca Baldovino e farsi consigliare dal Sig. The owner, Mr. Giovanni is an expert in the sector as well as being a wine connoisseur as a certified sommelier; in fact the purchase of bulk or bottled wine is accompanied by an advice on the foods to be combined, an excellent combination for a good tasting at the table. In addition to wines, there are many other wine-related items ideal for a varied table with high quality products. A word of advice, if you go to dinner at a friend's house there is no better solution than going to the Baldovino wine shop and being advised by Mr. Giovanni on what to bring of originsle and got it right at the home of friends.
