Chi, come me, non ne conosce le qualità e caratteristiche, può farsi guidare nella scelta in base alle proprie preferenze ed aspettative. A me è bastato descrivere la situazione e fissare la cifra. Poi mi sono state descritte le peculiarità dei vini, la loro origine, i metodi di produzione. Sono stato consigliato nella differenza tra un fino da pasteggio ed un altro da fine pasto. Quindi ho potuto scegliere con la consapevolezza, sicuramente basata sulla fiducia guadagnata dal mio anfitrione, che il vino acquistato poteva andar bene per la situazione descritta. For me it was enough to describe the situation and fix the figure. Then I was described the peculiarities of the wines, their origin, the production methods. I was advised in the difference between a fine meal and another after a meal. So I was able to choose with the awareness, certainly based on the trust gained by my host, that the wine purchased could be suitable for the situation described. Would I go back to this place? Certainly!

I am used to our North American style (Mexico, US, Canada): a bit more resourceful advisable, slower at making desitions. You can also get homemade, bulk local (pretty decent) wine in a plastic bottle for the amazing price €1.25 a liter!
