★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima esperienza. Attenzione alle spese di progetto da scorporare dalla costruzione. Mi hanno proposto di realizzare un progetto architettonico finalizzato all’ottenimento del permesso di costruire ad un prezzo ragionevole. Prezzo che sarebbe stato poi scomputato dal costo della casa, se fatta con loro, oppure che sarebbe stato pagato per poi avere in mano qualcosa che sarebbe rimasta nella mia disponibilità per potermi rivolgere ad altri. Fin qui tutto bene...almeno sulla carta...peccato che una volta deciso di non proseguire con loro, mi hanno subito chiesto il pagamento dell'intero prezzo pattuito e consegnato del materiale che è lontano anni luce dall'essere un progetto vero e proprio a cui mancano moltissimi elementi per assolvere allo scopo. Mi resta purtroppo in mano come si suol dire “un cerino” invece della promessa “lanterna”. Mi resta un elaborato che potremmo definire di massima .. e dovrò per forza di cose pagare un altro professionista che ci metta una bella pezza, bella grossa e a colori, per poter avere qualcosa di definito, utile ed utilizzabile in mano. Serietà ed affidabilità per gli amici, forse. Personalmente sconsiglio vivamente. Sono riuscito a pagare un po’ meno del pattuito ma comunque più del valore oggettivo di quanto mi è stato consegnato.
Bad experience. Attention to the project costs to be separated from the construction. They proposed me to create an architectural project aimed at obtaining the building permit at a reasonable price. Price that would then have been deducted from the cost of the house, if done with them, or that would have been paid to then have something in my hand that would remain in my availability to be able to contact others. So far so good ... at least on paper ... it's a pity that once I decided not to continue with them, they immediately asked me to pay the entire price agreed and delivered for the material that is light years away from being a real project and precisely which lacks many elements to fulfill the purpose. Unfortunately it remains in my hand as they say "a match" instead of the promised "lantern". I have an elaborate that we could define roughly .. and I will necessarily have to pay another professional who puts a nice piece, nice big and in color, in order to have something defined, useful and usable in hand. Seriousness and reliability for friends, perhaps. Personally I strongly advise against. I was able to pay a little less than the agreed amount but still more than the objective value of what was delivered to me.
