★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I applied to a course from 18. to 22. 11. 2019 in Helsinki about the topic "School leadership and educational innovation" with the organisation Enjoy Italy. In the course the teacher didn't talk and cove the topics, which were listed up in the description of the course. Our items and goals weren't realised. There was only one person, who hold a seminar and he wasn't competence to teach, because he is not a teacher. He dosen't have any didactic methods and his English was not good in terms of pronounciation and grammar. He ended the course earlier as it was planed. When we went to the school, there were no more students and we couldn't observe the classes.
We were all (teacher from 5 different seminars) in a small room, with bad conditions for work. Instead of working in the class we got to know different schools, teachers and we have shared our knowledge. We have visited the city, lerned something about the culture and tried diffrent food. And at the end for me it was great because I spoke much English. But unforunately I didn't learn something new about school leadership.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I attended this course in Helsinki from 18-22Nov. I cannot say that the program was not covered, because it is so general that it is quite easy to adjust to it. The problem is that the speaker was always the same person (who, by the way, has never been a schoolteacher in touch with classroom reality) and gave small pieces of information for each topic. We could discover that attendants with different formative goals were receiving the same formation in other sessions, which, under my point of view, is indicative of how general the course was.
In addition, the place was not suitable for the course: the room was so small that in some sessions some people had to stay in a parallel room watching the presentation through the door. The schedule was not optimized neither and we could have saved a day there.
On the last day, we attended to a primary school, without students, and although the staff was very kind, I have my doubts about how representative it was of the Finland’s education system.
Summarizing, I think it was not worth investing our time and money on this course at all.
