★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estoy muy enojada, ayer llame preguntando los dias de atencion y horarios: respuesta: lunes, martes y miercoles de 14 a 16 hs. Hoy mi hermana vino de La PLata y fuimos llegamos a las 14 hs y esperamos hasta las 14.35, tocamos timbre como decia, pero nadie atendio, ovbio no habia nadie.
Eramos varias personas y todas muy enojadas, porque otros habian hablado ayer e incluso mandado un mail que como no contestaron fue personalmente para nada.
I am very angry, yesterday I called asking the days of attention and schedules: answer: Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 2pm to 4pm. Today my sister came from La PLata and we arrived at 2:00 p.m. and waited until 2:35 p.m., we rang the bell as she said, but nobody attended, Ovbio there was no one.
We were several people and all very angry, because others had spoken yesterday and even sent an email that as they did not answer was personally for nothing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le doy cinco estrellas porque roma es única pero tengo que destacar como turista el problema de la basura en las calles es muy destacable sin papeleras en muchos puntos,la seguridad covid muy baja.
I give it five stars because Rome is unique but I have to highlight as a tourist the problem of garbage in the streets is very remarkable without wastebaskets in many points, the covid security is very low.
