★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi domenica 19 Luglio 2020 alle 13,00 circa ho inserito 10 Euro nel self-sevice e ho pigiato la Pompa n. 1 dove avevo accostato la mia autovettura. MA QUANDO HO PRESO LA POMPA DELLA BENZINA al n.1 PER FARE CARBURANTE LA POMPA NON EROGAVA NIENTE!! Un automobilista arrivato subito dopo mi ha detto che eessendo la lucetta verde spenta vicino al n. 1 della pompa, questo significava che la pompa non funziona. Ma ache se così fosse, ciò non giustifica che il serf-service "SI TRATTIENE" i miei 10 Euro, non consentendomi di fare rifornimento in un'altra pompa del distributore!!! E' un vero furto!
Today Sunday 19 July 2020 at about 13.00 I inserted 10 Euros in the self-sevice and I pressed the Pump n. 1 where I had pulled up my car. BUT WHEN I TAKEN THE PETROL PUMP at No. 1 TO MAKE FUEL THE PUMP WAS NOTHING !! A motorist who arrived soon after told me that being the green light off near no. 1 of the pump, this meant that the pump is not running. But even if it were, this does not justify that the serf-service "HOLDS" my 10 Euros, not allowing me to refuel in another pump of the distributor !!! It is a real theft!

It would have deserved 5 stars if it weren't for the slightly high prices ... otherwise the staff were always courteous and attentive.
