Ma il terminale di pagamento è spesso fuori uso, una volta no contanti, una volta no carte, e frequentemente completamente INATTIVO, sprovvisto di personale di riferimento!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Condivido la mia esperienza totalmente negativa riguardo questa stazione Eni.
Se ci fossero state 0 stelle le avrei messe volentieri.
Ci passo ogni giorno per andare a lavoro pertanto spesse volte mi fermavo a rifornire il carburante. Una mattina, inserisco 10 euro (per fortuna pochi) e a causa di un disservizio loro la benzina non fuoriesce.
Dopo 20 minuti di attesa esce lo scontrino.
Il giorno dopo mi fermo di nuovo a fare benzina con il buono e sul display del distributore compare la dicitura “codice non valido”.
Lo comunico al loro call center che mi invita ad inviare tutta la documentazione per il rimborso.
Dopo svariate email mi viene detto che il mio buono non è possibile rimborsarlo in quanto è stato già utilizzato da un signore che lo ha presentato al gestore il quale non ha potuto fare a meno di rifornirgli il carburante.
Peccato che questa stazione è solo self e non si è mai visto alcun gestore mettere benzina a nessuno!
Quello che mi preme è la presa per i fondelli.
Ho letto che è capitato anche ad altri utenti che non sono stati risarciti, quindi assicuratevi che tutto funzioni prima di inserire i vostri soldi.
Per via della mia esperienza lo sconsiglio pienamente.
I share my totally negative experience regarding this Eni station.
If there had been 0 stars I would have gladly put them.
I pass there every day to go to work so I often stopped to refuel. One morning, I insert 10 euros (fortunately few) and due to a disservice the petrol does not come out.
After 20 minutes of waiting, the receipt comes out.
The next day I stop again for petrol with the voucher and the words "invalid code" appear on the display of the dispenser.
I communicate it to their call center which invites me to send all the documentation for the reimbursement.
After several emails I am told that my voucher cannot be refunded as it has already been used by a gentleman who presented it to the manager who could not help refueling him.
Too bad that this station is self-only and no manager has ever been seen putting gasoline on anyone!
What I care about is the grip for a ride.
I have read that it has also happened to other users who have not been compensated, so make sure everything works before you put in your money.
Due to my experience I fully advise against it.
