★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Di passaggio in quella zona avevo necessità di fare rifornimento. Trovo un gestore anziano che neppure risponde al saluto. Fatto benzina al servito chiedo di pagare con carta. Vedo il gestore premere diversi tasti sul pos, troppi per uno che deve digitare solo la cifra e premere il tasto verde. Mi impressionò e prima di appoggiare la carta al contactless chiedo di visionare l'importo digitato. Non l'avessi mai fatto! Il gestore comincia ad inveire contro di me parlando in dialetto, usando proverbi contenenti parole pesanti offendendomi pesantemente. Pessima esperienza e mai più mi fermerò in quel distributore anche a costo di dover spingere l'auto fino al successivo.
Passing through that area I needed to refuel. I find an elderly manager who does not even respond to the greeting. After filling up with petrol, I ask to pay by card. I see the manager press several keys on the pos, too many for one who has to type only the digit and press the green key. I was impressed and before placing the card on contactless I ask to see the amount entered. I had never done that! The manager begins to rail against me speaking in dialect, using proverbs containing heavy words offending me heavily. Bad experience and never again will I stop in that distributor even at the cost of having to push the car to the next one.
