Personale ho chiesto di usare i bagno e lavare la macchina, se per il bagno avrei potuto sentirmi dire come nella maggior parte delle strutture (non è oggi utilizzabile) mi è stato dato accesso al locale bagno con gentilezza e disponibilità, e per questo atteggiamento propositivo del personale va il mio ringraziamento e sopratutto un plauso di pro fiducia e non chiusura. Ho chiesto se per aiutarmi con il poco tempo era possibile avere il solo lavaggio esterno e tappetini senza attendere, e dopo un breve consulto con il lavaggista si sono attivati per soddisfare la richiesta, con professionalità e senza farmi pesare che avevo "chiesto qualcosa di fuori standard", bravi il personale
