P	Paola Masini on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ avevo uno scontrino per il rimborso carburante di 5€, quando sono tornata per riavere il rimborso me lo hanno fatto lasciare adducendo la scusa di dover sistemare burocraticamente delle cose prima di erogare il rimborso. Le volte successive con la stessa scusa il rimborso non mi è stato concesso. Dopo due mesi chiedendo nuovamente spiegazioni, mi è stato risposto in modo maleducato e poco cortese che non c’era nessun rimborso da fare. Vergogna! Per 5€... Premettendo che non c’era nessun altra macchina in stazione di servizio, quando sono sceso stavo parlando al telefono e dopo 30 secondi il personale mi ha “gentilmente” detto che se dovevo telefonare potevo andare anche da un’altra parte… sconsiglio a tutti. I stopped at this distributor, to fill up on the Self column. On the premise that there was no other car in the service station, when I got off I was talking on the phone and after 30 seconds the staff "politely" said that if I had to make a call I could go somewhere else ... I don't recommend it to everyone.

Provato più volte ma restano sempre le gocce di acqua calcarosa sulla macchina. Soldi buttati. Da evitare. For years the most expensive fuel in Lucca ever and rinse-free car wash with osmosis water.
