★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una domenica di Febbraio 2021 tramite self service volevo rifornire di 40 euro di Diesel, poi per mio errore ho sollevato la pompa del benzina e rimesso subito giù, ok può capitare, aspetto lo scontrino di non erogazione, niente da fare, non mi da scontrino nonostante aspetto più di 10 minuti.
Il giorno dopo vado per richiedere il giusto rimborso e mi viene detto che senza scontrino non mi rimborsano, gli chiedo di verificare le telecamere, bè niente da fare, dicono per privacy non posso vedere le telecamere, e che la macchina self service (a loro dire senza prove) ha regolarmente erogato lo scontrino.
Chiamo il consorzio Eni raccontando l'accaduto e gli trasmetto i miei dati, e mi dicono che dopo un mese dal fatto sarò rimborsato, bè dopo un mese e mezzo niente, non ho ricevuto i miei 40 euro!!
Questa è la mia esperienza assolutamente negativa!!
One Sunday in February 2021 through self service I wanted to refuel 40 euros of Diesel, then by my mistake I lifted the petrol pump and put it back down immediately, ok it can happen, I wait for the receipt of non-delivery, nothing to do, I do not give me a receipt despite waiting more than 10 minutes.
The next day I go to request the right refund and I am told that without a receipt they will not refund me, I ask them to check the cameras, well nothing to do, they say for privacy I can not see the cameras, and that the self service machine (to them say without proof) has regularly issued the receipt.
I call the Eni consortium telling them what happened and I send them my data, and they tell me that after a month from the fact I will be reimbursed, well after a month and a half nothing, I have not received my 40 euros !!
This is my absolutely bad experience !!
