★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho usufruito dell'autolavaggio, di cui hanno tre opzioni, fast da 6€, full da 10€ e uno da 15. Chiedo all'operatore di fare un autolavaggio, e chiedo che faccia l'opzione veloce. Siccome vedo che sta pulendo di fino, chiedo "ma lei mi sta facendo il servizio completo" e lui dice di no, che è quello base. Quando vado a pagare però il conto è di 10€. Chiedo come mai, e gli chiedo come essere più chiara la prossima volta visto che questa non ci siamo capiti, e dice che bisogna dire che si vuole "l'autolavaggio da 6€". Poca chiarezza con il cliente, e pessima comunicazione. Peccato!
