Celkový čas strávený v kanceláři a na nakládce byl 6 hodin. Dlouhé čekání. Arrogant people in the office. Input and output documentation takes several hours. For an international Company bad form of conduct since no-one gives a fudge to talk to you in any other language than Italian. Confusing check-in procedure and lacy staff complete the horrific loading experience at a place even the Italian drivers dislike and joke about. If I had a choice I'd never ever go there again. The total lack of respect for other people's time and money is out of this world. Summary: if you can, avoid at all costs and buy somewhere else. A bunch of Monkey's could run a more professional refinery than the End Livorno Refinery.
