★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Consiglio di aggiornare sia la posizione su google maps(errata!) che i giorni di apertura/chiusura(segnalava aperto in data odierna, invece erano chiusi). Infine, se si chiude(è un diritto ci mancherebbe) sarebbe opportuno aggiornare il disco telefonico. Che invita ad attendere perchè gli operatori sono impegnati... mentre lo store è chiuso per ferie.
I recommend updating both the position on google maps (wrong!) And the opening / closing days (it indicated open today, but they were closed). ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chi ha messo 5 stelle evidentemente fa parte della famiglia o è amico di qualcuno. Definire cordiale l'impiegata è assurdo, io ho trovato una persona scortese e arrogante. Se un cliente richiede aiuto o assistenza il minimo impone una risposta cortese e competente, cosa che non c'è stata. Oltretutto Eni ha le tariffe più alte sul mercato, sorvolando sulle offerte civetta per attirare poveri disgraziati che durano un anno e poi ti dissanguano. Cambiato gestore e addirittura la scortesia trovata all'Eni di Castiglione è ben conosciuta in altri uffici di gestori di paesi limitrofi e abbiamo detto tutto...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ritenete che sia onesto estorcere soldi a persone anziane bussando alle loro porte, raggirandole per ben due volte in un anno e convincendole a firmare documenti e stipulare nuovi contratti? Vi chiedete per caso se la persona in questione sia in grado di intendere e di volere o più semplicemente di comprendere a pieno la vostra offerta? Non pensate che bussando alla porta e trovandovi di fronte ad un anziano, vulnerabile al covid e forse immuno depresso, potreste mettere a rischio la sua salute? Vergogna (ho messo una stella per poter postare il mio commento)
