★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purtroppo esperienza negativa. Agente molto preparato sull'immobile ma scadente come essere umano. Chiedo l'appuntamento e mi viene dato dopo ben 1 settimana. Vedo l'immobile per due giorni di fila ed appena fuori (ore 19) gli dico: mi interessa faccio la proposta. Risponde: va bene, faccia le sue valutazioni e mi fa sapere. Mattina dopo ore 8:30 gli chiedo appuntamento in agenzia per la proposta. Lui mi scrive che mi avrebbe chiamato verso la 11. Mi chiama dicendomi che era già in attesa di una proposta quando 12 ore prima ne parlava come se già fosse mia la priorità. Cosa sarà accaduto nella notte? Bohh!!Non voglio pensare male ma quando gli ho chiesto di vederci in agenzia ha preso un paio di ore di tempo!!!!!!! Peccato, mi aveva affascinato per la sua conoscenza dell'immobile e la sua preparazione ma il suo comportamento come uomo mi ha deluso profondamente. Pazienza! Purtroppo in queste cose il potere è in mani loro e bisogna accettare, però tanta amarezza per dei progetti che sfumano perché ti trovi di fronte persone che non ti considerano anche dal lato umano ma solo da quello del profitto.
Unfortunately bad experience. Very knowledgeable agent on the property but poor as a human being. I ask for an appointment and it is given to me after 1 week. I see the property for two days in a row and just outside (7 pm) I tell him: I'm interested in making the proposal. He replies: okay, do your evaluations and let me know. Morning after 8:30 am I ask him for an appointment at the agency for the proposal. He writes to me that he would have called me around 11. He calls me telling me that he was already waiting for a proposal when 12 hours before he was talking about it as if it were already my priority. What happened in the night? I don't want to think badly but when I asked him to see us at the agency he took a couple of hours !!!!!!! Too bad, he had fascinated me for his knowledge of the property and his preparation but his behavior as a man disappointed me deeply. Patience! Unfortunately, in these things the power is in their hands and you have to accept, but a lot of bitterness for projects that fade because you are faced with people who do not consider you also from the human side but only from that of profit.
