Insegnanti preparati e molto impegnati nel coinvolgimento degli studenti (le attività sono state tutte svolte a distanza). Anche il tirocinio, svolto presso un'azienda emergente del territorio, è stato più che soddisfacente. Non ho potuto, però, non notare la disorganizzazione e la carenza di comunicazioni chiare e tempestive in Enforma. All in all, positive experience regarding the commercial assistant course with project management skills. Teachers trained and very committed to the involvement of students (the activities were all carried out at a distance). The internship, carried out at an emerging company in the area, was also more than satisfactory. However, I could not fail to notice the disorganization and the lack of clear and timely communications in Enforma.

Devo dire che mi sono trovata molto bene docenti preparati e lezioni molto coinvolgenti. Ho svolto il mio tirocinio presso lo Studio Trevisan a Mestre, mi sono trovata molto bene e sono cresciuta molto. Ora sono stata assunta con un contratto di apprendistato per due anni quindi devo ringraziare molto Enforma per il posto di lavoro e la formazione datami. I took part in the “general accounting and payroll” course during the end lock down period. I must say that I found myself very well prepared teachers and very engaging lessons. I did my internship at Studio Trevisan in Mestre, I found myself very well and I grew up a lot. I have now been hired on an apprenticeship contract for two years so I have to thank Enforma very much for the job and training given to me.

Malgrado la prima parte del corso si sia svolta completamente online, le lezioni con i lettori sono state tutte molto interessanti e per niente monotone. Tutti i lettori si sono impegnati molto nel rendere le lezioni estremamente interattive, cosa non semplice vista la situazione in cui ci trovavamo. Per quanto riguarda il tirocinio, sono stata molto contenta dell’azienda a cui sono stata affidata. Ci è voluto un po’ di tempo prima di trovare l’azienda giusta, ma alla fine sono stata molto soddisfatta del mio tirocinio. Parlando invece del rapporto con Enforma, avrei preferito che la comunicazione fosse più frequente e chiara. Anche se alla fine tutto si è risolto, parlo della mia esperienza, credo che una comunicazione più chiara e concisa possa aiutare Enforma a migliorare il loro rapporto con i partecipanti dei diversi corsi. All the readers put a lot of effort into making the lessons extremely interactive, which is not easy given the situation we were in. As for the internship, I was very happy with the company to which I was entrusted. It took some time to find the right company, but in the end I was very satisfied with my internship. Speaking instead of the relationship with Enforma, I would have preferred the communication to be more frequent and clear. Even if it all worked out in the end, I'm talking about my experience, I believe that clearer and more concise communication can help Enforma improve their relationship with the participants of the different courses.

Scrivo per conto di un mio cliente che si è affidato alla società per presentare domanda di un contributo regionale veneto per l'apertura di nuove attività per i giovani. Pur avendo inviato loro tutta la documentazione richiesta ampiamente nei termini (la domanda andava presentata entro le ore 12.00 del 30/09/2021) si sono fatti vivi il pomeriggio del 30/09 (quindi oltre la scadenza) per dire che non ce l'hanno fatta a presentare la domanda e che per questo non avrebbero chiesto alcun compenso (e vorrei anche vedere!). Almeno avvisare prima della scadenza in modo che il cliente possa riorganizzarsi! Professionalità, ripeto, pessima. Società inaffidabile. Bad professionalism, unreliable company. I am writing on behalf of a client of mine who has relied on the company to apply for a regional contribution from the Veneto region for the opening of new businesses for young people. Despite having sent them all the required documentation within the deadline (the application had to be submitted by 12.00 on 09/30/2021) they showed up on the afternoon of 09/30 (therefore beyond the deadline) to say that they don't have it. they made to submit the application and that for this they would not have asked for any compensation (and I would also like to see!). At least notify before the deadline so that the customer can regroup! Professionalism, I repeat, very bad. Unreliable company.
