O	Orazio Lombardi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho già postato una recensione di questa azienda diversi mesi ma hanno fatto in modo che Google la nascondesse (fosse visibile solo a me), pertanto: Azienda di BODY RENTAL mascherata da software house/"consulenza". Dopo un inesistente colloquio tecnico si viene piazzati da clienti di clienti di clienti non preoccupandosi che la mansione effettivamente svolta corrisponda a quella concordata. Il tutto in apprendistato, ma senza tutor. GIRARE AL LARGO!!! I have already posted a review of this company several months but they made Google hide it (it was only visible to me), therefore: BODY RENTAL company disguised as a software house / "consultancy". After a non-existent technical interview, you are placed by customers of customers of customers not worrying that the task actually performed corresponds to that agreed. All in an apprenticeship, but without a tutor. TURN AWAY !!!
S	Stefano Izzo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vengo contattato dalla recruiter per una posizione come programmatore, il giorno del colloquio telefonico non ricevo alcuna telefonata. Scrivo alla recruiter pensando di aver dato il numero sbagliato e lei mi risponde che ha avuto un imprevisto e mi ha chiesto di rischedulare per il giorno successivo (poteva avvisare). Superato lo screening vengo invitato in sede per firmare il contratto: apprendistato (nonostante avessi già formazione ed esperienza) a 20k lordi (stipendio molto basso per un programmatore a Milano) in servizio presso un cliente di un'altra società di consulenza a sua volta cliente della mia azienda. Accetto, faccio il secondo colloquio con quest'altra azienda, in particolare col senior "che avrei dovuto affiancare", supero anche questo e ottengo la posizione. Il primo giorno scopro che non ero lì per affiancare il senior, ma per sostituirlo: la persona se ne sarebbe andata dopo una settimana, tempo di "spiegarmi il lavoro". Finito il periodo di prova vengo informato che d'ora in avanti avrei dovuto occuparmi anche di altre mansioni diverse, in aggiunta a quella che già svolgevo. A questo punto contatto la mia azienda per chiedere spiegazioni, mi rassicurano che si sarebbe trattato solo di una situazione momentanea, invece si è protratta per mesi e mesi. Il tutto in "apprendistato", ma senza mai aver visto il mio tutor. Alla fine me ne sono andato. At this point I contact my company to ask for explanations, they reassure me that it would only have been a temporary situation, instead it lasted for months and months. All in "apprenticeship", but without ever having seen my tutor. Eventually I left.
