r	robert gray on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi in questa stazione di servizio ho messo 20 euro, ho premuto i pulsanti appropriate e sono andato alla pompa del gasolio che non ha fatto risposta. Sono tornato alla pompa, ho premuto di nuovo i pulsanti e a questo punto il posto era molto affollato di clienti ed ero sicuro di aver perso i miei soldi. Non ero esattamente sicuro di cosa fosse successo, quindi ho chiesto assistenza a uno del personale che è andato a un'auto parcheggiata dove un uomo stava dormendo e lo ha svegliato. È uscito dalla macchina e ha controllato alcune transazioni recenti, tuttavia ha detto che probabilmente ero stato ingannato dai miei soldi da un'altra cliente . Gli ho chiesto se pensava che, essendo io un cliente abituale da oltre 10 anni, che l'azienda avesse qualche responsabilità morale nei confronti dei clienti fedeli e si è scatenato l'inferno. Non ho osato dire che vengo dal Regno Unito, dove si pratica questo tipo di principio perché sapevo che mi sarebbe stato detto dove andare. Today at this service station I put 20 euros, pressed the appropriate buttons and went to the diesel pump which did not answer. I went back to the pump, pressed the buttons again and at this point the place was very busy with customers and I was sure I had lost my money. I wasn't exactly sure what happened so I asked one of the staff for assistance who went to a parked car where a man was sleeping and woke him up. He got out of the machine and checked some recent transactions, however he said that I had probably been tricked out of my money by another customer. I asked him if he thought that, being a regular customer for over 10 years, that the company had any moral responsibility towards loyal customers and all hell broke loose. I didn't dare say that I am from the UK, where this kind of principle is practiced because I knew I would be told where to go.

Allego foto solo alcune per non esagerare , giudizio fatto su più occasioni sempre negative. Responsabile avvisato. Non mi lamento del prezzo anche se ho pagato 13 euro per avere una macchina considerata grande. Spero che questa recensione sia utile al gestore visto che sono un assiduo cliente nonostante questo piccolo sconveniente . Spero di non essere criticato (dal gestore). Buon lavoro. Le altre pompe di benzina sembrano dimenticare che non esiste solo diesel e senza piombo. The only one in the area with LPG open at decent times and practically all week.
