Non ho pagato ed Eni mi ha fatto una rateizzazione di sei mesi telefonando al numero verde. Il mio giudizio negativo è solo per l'impiegata alta con la scrivania difronte l'ingresso.
Rude and incompetent. They did not hear my reasons and repeated to me: you have to pay otherwise they cut off the gas. I didn't pay and Eni paid me a six-month installment by calling the toll-free number. My negative rating is only for the tall clerk with the desk in front of the entrance.
