Non solo, si è rivolta in malo modo e mi ha poco gentilmente invitata a chiamare il nr verde, visto che avevo parlato con loro. Fortunatamente l'ho fatto, trovando un'operatrice gentile e professionale, che "magicamente" ha rintracciato la mia pratica, mi ha spiegato le tempistiche e ha risolto i miei dubbi. Se l'avessi saputo avrei evitato di recarmi in ufficio con grossa perdita di tempo e arrabbiatura per la totale mancanza di professionalità che ho riscontrato. Pessima esperienza, mai più ci tornerò. s	stefano vignola on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Professionalità e cortesia sono al mondo d'oggi un miraggio, qui ho trovato competenza e soprattutto ho aderito a delle offerte per risparmiare i costi in bolletta...è chiaro,con quello che risparmio non vado in vacanza poiché nessuno ti regala il gas e la luce ma almeno non ho brutte sorprese,inoltre ho aderito al cambio caldaia gli stessi hanno personale pronto ed efficiente per ogni dubbio o perplessità tecnica. ..Sono Top!!! Le installazioni vengono subappaltate a terzi che mi hanno fatto danni in casa, per l'installazione di una caldaia sono passati 4 mesi tra sopralluogo e materiali arrivati sbagliati. Gli operatori mi hanno danneggiato il tetto di casa durante i lavori. Dopo il collaudo ho avuto anche problemi con la gestione del contratto e non ho ricevuto assistenza perdendo anche le promozioni che mi avevano attirato verso l'acquisto di una caldaia da loro.
