Avevo tentato di risolvere la mia richiesta collegandomi alla Chat virtuale nel sito ENI. Dopo aver inutilmente atteso 2 ORE, la connessione cade e mi trovo al punto di partenza (e mooolto spazientito!).
Mi rivolgo allora al punto ENI di Mestre e un addetto molto cortese, in 5 minuti (non di più!), risolve tutto e io esco felice e contento. GRAZIE!

I had tried to resolve my request by connecting to the virtual chat on the ENI site. After having waited in vain for 2 HOURS, the connection drops and I am back at the starting point (and very impatient!).
I then turn to the ENI point in Mestre and a very courteous employee, in 5 minutes (no more!), Solves everything and I go out happy and content. THANK YOU!
