S	Sandro Sciessere on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che non ho fruito direttamente dei servizi di questa azienda, ad ogni modo mi sono ritrovato ad avere a che fare con un dipendente dell'azienda incaricato dello svuotamento pozzi neri in data 26/04/2016 a Vicenza in centro storico. Il soggetto si è comportato in modo a dir poco incivile, insultando apertamente, minacciando e colpendo ripetutamente un'automobile parcheggiata in un carico/scarico merci, sostenendo che questa fosse parcheggiata da oltre il tempo permesso (da notare che la polizia presente poco prima non ha apposto alcuna multa). Mi auguro che l'azienda valuti in futuro la formazione di chi lavora a contatto sia con il pubblico che con i liquami, in modo che questi siano in grado di operare distinzione tra le due cose. Sono venuti a fare un intervento di pulizia delle fosse a luglio 2017 di un condominio di 4 appartamenti dimenticando di pulire un sifone Firenze (su 3 presenti - probabilmente non avevano voglia di aprirlo perché era incastrato). A novembre si allaga un garage perché la colonna si è otturata. Chiediamo un nuovo intervento e si vede subito che quel sifone si è otturato. Gli operai riconoscono il problema. Vado a pagare e chiedo uno sconto visto la loro dimenticanza. Propongo 100 € visto che a luglio ne avevamo già pagate 180€ ma lui sostiene che così ci perde e ne chiede 150€. Alla fine gli do i 150€ e chiedo la ricevuta ma mi dice che allora avrebbe dovuto aggiungere l'iva... Da non andare. Bad relationship with the customer and bad availability. Mi hanno risolto un problema che avevo da anni e che le altre ditte nemmeno vedevano. Se li avessi trovati prima, avrei risparmiato parecchi soldi. Mi hanno anche proposto un servizio di "Assistenza Programmata" che mi ha ridato tranquillità. Ho pagato comodamente da casa con bonifico bancario un prezzo conveniente e proporzionato. Da consigliare a tutti! They were with me in June 2018. Immediate exit and competent personnel for a job that is not always as easy as it seems. Non accettate preventivi verbali fatti dall'operatore telefonico, si parte da un massimo 180€+ iva tutto compreso e ve ne trovate un bel po di più. Non accettate, nell'idea di spendere meno, che vengano con l'auto-spurgo di 3 mc (fatelo solo se realmente impossibilitati per motivi di spazio, altrimenti fateli venire con il mezzo da 12 mc). I do not argue about professionalism, few elements to be able to leave a judgment. It is definitely not among the cheapest companies in the industry (self-purge). Do not accept verbal estimates made by the telephone operator, it starts from a maximum € 180 + VAT all inclusive and you will find a lot more. Do not accept, in the idea of spending less, that they come with the auto-bleed of 3 cubic meters (do it only if really impossible for reasons of space, otherwise have them come with the 12 cubic meter vehicle).
