Ho sottoscritto, tramite Enel X, un contratto per l'istallazione del fotovoltaico a dicembre 2018; a gennaio 2019 il tecnico è venuto a fare il sopralluogo.
Ad oggi (fine luglio 2019) non ho ancora il fotovoltaico installato e ogni volta che provo a contattare l'azienda per avere aggiornamenti il tecnico si nega e puntualmente non richiama.
Aggiornamento: dopo neanche 15 minuti che ho scritto la recensione sono stato contattato dal tecnico...
Very bad experience.
I signed, through Enel X, a contract for the installation of photovoltaics in December 2018; in January 2019 the technician came to do the inspection.
To date (end of July 2019) I have not yet installed the photovoltaic system and every time I try to contact the company for updates, the technician refuses and does not promptly call.
Update: not even 15 minutes after I wrote the review, I was contacted by the technician ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tecnici incompetenti, cavi collegati al contrario e quindi condizionatore non funzionante, macchina del condizionatore montata sul tetto senza essere fissata, rendendola pericolosa in caso di vento. Per non parlare dei danni alle pareti come ammaccature all intonaco, imprecazioni da parte loro per non avere il giusto materiale e tubo dei scarico del condizionatore che perdeva acqua. Ciliegina sulla torta dopo qualche mese che "funzionava" (non mi convinceva dato che non buttava aria abbastanza fredda da raffrescare una stanza da soli 25m quadrati) il condizionatore ha smesso di funzionare, chiamato un tecnico per l'ennesima volta e sembra esserci una perdita nell impianto e noi paghiamo. Il vostro servizio fa veramente pena, se lo montavo da solo facevo meno danni.
Incompetent technicians, cables connected upside down and therefore inoperative conditioner, air conditioner machine mounted on the roof without being fixed, making it dangerous in case of wind. Not to mention the damage to the walls like plaster dents, curses on their part for not having the right material and the drain pipe of the air conditioner that lost water. Icing on the cake after a few months that "worked" (I was not convinced since it did not throw cold enough air to cool a room from just 25m square) the air conditioner stopped working, called a technician for the umpteenth time and there seems to be a leak in system and we pay. Your service is really painful, if I installed it myself I did less damage.

Ad oggi chiamati più volte non hanno mai risposto! Sconsiglio in maniera assoluta ...troppo anche una stella...al titolare: non risponda a questa recensione ci passa meglio! Appena inviata lettera di contestazione impianto da parte del mio avvocato!
Very bad experience. Midea conditioner that has not worked for three years. I had to contact another company to try to solve the problem even if it was still under warranty. To date, they have never been called several times! Do not recommend absolutely ... too even a star ... the owner: do not respond to this review passes us better! Newly sent letter of dispute of the plant by my lawyer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho acquistato da enel x sia i condizionatori che il fotovoltaico, i tecnici che sono venuti a casa, si sono dimostrati disponibili e competenti, molto gentile e soprattutto paziente la segretaria, ma il vero problema è che gestisce le pratiche.
Ogni qualvolta chi ho provato a contattarlo non c'è mai stato modo di parlarci se non un paio di volte.
Ho dato due stelle perché se avessi dovuto valutare la ditta dai tecnici di montaggio e le segretaria/e avrei dato il massimo.
Ma per colpa di questo signore, completamente incapace di gestire un post vendita o una relazione con i clienti, una stella è rubata.

Whenever I tried to contact him, there has never been a way to talk to him except a couple of times.
I gave two stars because if I had to evaluate the company from the assembly technicians and the secretaries / I would have given my best.
But because of this gentleman, completely unable to manage an after sales or customer relationship, a star is stolen.
