La prima volta hanno disperso il gas presente nel serbatoio ed hanno sommariamente tirato le somme restituendocene sicuramente meno di quello che per un loro errore si era perso nell'aria. La seconda volta, siamo stati obbligati a prendere più gas di quello richiesto. Oggi la persona che si occupa di portarlo a casa - siamo in pieno inverno - si rifiuta di consegnarlo prima della prossima settimana perché sta facendo "tutt'altro giro". Ma perché, me lo portate quando dite voi gratis per caso?!
Non credo sia possibile nel 2020 non appellarsi alla tutela del consumatore. Per fortuna cambiamo casa a breve ma ci tenevo tanto a scrivere quello che siete!
