★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'operaio venuto a vedere la caldaia l'ha smontata mi ha detto che mi avrebbe fatto sapere quando arrivavano 2 due fusibili che servivano per ripararlaho chiamato io il lunedì che doveva chiamarmi luie mi ha detto grazie che mi hai ricordato ora guardo se mi hanno letto l'email queste sono le le sue parole del tipo giuromi ha detto che mi avrebbe fatto sapere fatto sta che ha passato una settimana e non mi ha mai più risposto al telefono non so il motivo comunque non la consiglierei assolutamente maleducazione e poca professionalità se non aveva tempo poteva semplicemente riferirglielo invece di non rispondere più ho dovuto chiamare un'altra ditta comunque ero senza riscaldamento quindi era una cosa abbastanza urgente visto che c'erano 15 gradi in casa ma logicamente non era un suo problema
