Sono venuti più volte finchè non hanno risolto il problema. Do il mio parere positivo perché oggigiorno poche ditte si occupano così dei tuoi problemi. E spesso gli impianti hanno problemi. c	claudia caponi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho avuto modo di conoscere Ener Italia Spa in occasione del contratto da me stipulato a luglio 2020 usufruendo del superbonus 110%. Premetto che sono un malfidato di natura e quindi in quasi un anno ho avuto modo di pensare male, lamentarmi, perfino di arrabbiarmi con il personale dell’azienda perché non capivo il motivo di tanta lungaggine e mi sono sentito più volte preso in giro. Ogni tanto compariva qualche recensione negativa ed apriti cielo al telefono con l’agente. Poi un mese fa ho capito tutto quello che le persone con cui parlavo in azienda cercavano di spiegarmi: il superbonus 110% non è uno scherzo, è una legge complicata e scritta in modo fumoso ed incompleto. Da qui tutta l’attesa e le complicazioni sulla mia come su tutte le pratiche. Solo che poi alzo la testa e sul mio tetto ho un impianto fotovoltaico di una marca tedesca di ottima qualità con grande batteria e colonnina per una macchina elettrica che non ho ancora comprato e nel sottoscala la mia caldaia vecchia ha lasciato spazio ad una ibrida italiana e allora penso che questi disgraziati sono stati investiti da uno tsunami commerciale e nonostante tutto hanno mantenuto le promesse. Hence all the waiting and complications on my as well as on all practices. Only then I raise my head and on my roof I have a photovoltaic system of a German brand of excellent quality with a large battery and column for an electric car that I have not yet bought and in the basement my old boiler has given way to an Italian hybrid and then I think that these wretches have been hit by a commercial tsunami and in spite of everything they have kept their promises. They hadn't even asked me for a euro and yet I thought wrong!
D	Davide _7 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Raramente rilascio recensioni su servizi ed azienda ma questa volta faccio un'eccezione: la professionalità e competenza di Ener Italia nel valutare, consigliare ed installare un impianto adatto ed idoneo alle mie esigenze, sono state più che positive! Sono abituato a muovervi e ad operare con molta cautela e dovizia di particolari, a tratti diffidente, l'ho fatto anche questa volta interpellando non solo loro. Han vinto per distacco. Ho apprezzato la volontà di valutare insieme al contrario di obbligare il cliente. Nei tempi giusti perché gli iter burocratici hanno un tempo necessario senza il quale i documenti non sono veritieri, ho finalmente realizzato il mio intervento Superbonus, con aumento di 2 classi. Ho fatto verificare la documentazione che mi hanno dato dopo l’installazione ed è tutto perfettamente in regola. Il mio giudizio è positivo. Disponibilità, gentilezza, affidabilità e assistenza post-vendita per un piccolo disservizio sono gli elementi che mi fanno affermare di aver fatto una buona scelta. Ho scelto loro per la preparazione legale sul decreto che ha risolto i miei dubbi e le mie perplessità sui tempi di attesa della realizzazione di questo intervento. Ho apprezzato molto che non mi abbiano chiesto i classici anticipi per le pratiche ingegneristiche e che mi abbiano parlato della necessità di una verifca di fattibilità prima di farmi promesse. Per quanto riguarda il servizio datomi, posso dire che i tecnici erano ben attrezzati ed esperti e hanno provveduto ad installarmi le macchine anche in punti difficili da raggiungere. Amministrativamente, c’è stato un interessamento professionale da parte delle impiegate e ho avuto tutta la documentazione necessaria per ottenere la detrazione fiscale oltre a tutte le informazioni relative alle pratiche di finanziamento. I bought a 4 KW photovoltaic and a 9,000 btu heat pump from Ener Italia in Asti. Lavori eseguiti decentemente, l'unica pecca cavi del impianti applicati al esterno in più nel mio caso non e stato possibile l'instalazzione della pompa di calore e di questo non ero stato avvisato prima che arrivassero i tecnici.
