★ ★ ★ ★ ★ poco chiaro, quando entri non c'è nessuna descrizione (solo il totem dei biglietti con scritte microscopiche) e quindi molto spesso i clienti fanno la fila inutilmente. Manca un punto informazioni che aiuti i clienti. Quando c'è troppa gente non c'è ricambio d'aria e la stanza d'aspetto diventa irrespirabile. Concludendo andrebbe totalmente rivisto e riorganizzato.
