Purtroppo ci sono incompetenti che lavoranno. Che dire? Una vergogna. Ovviamente il servizio è stato attivato pagando tutto quello che c'era da pagare e ringraziando adeguatamento con un regalo. Ho cambiato operatore perchè i costi erano elevati in bolletta e sono stato chiamato in forma sarcastica per dire "Grazie nonostante ti abbiamo fatto un favore in attivazione". Siate dei professionisti! Perchè un cliente, anche se è andato via potrebbe tornare o portarvi altra gente perchè ha un buon ricordo di voi. Ora invece oltre a sconsigliarlo a tutti farò pubblicità al contrario per evidenziare quanta poca professionalità e superficialità c'è nel trattamento dei clienti.
