Fortunatamente ho trovato l'azienda giusta adatta a me e alle mie esigenze.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessima gestione del cliente attivazione della fornitura 1 ottobre mi arriva la prima bolletta con scadenza 20/11/2020 (venerdì) lunedì 23/11 manco fosse passata una settimana mi arriva una mail di sollecito, 25/11 mi arriva un pec con diffida ed ingiunzione di pagamento condita da un preavviso di distacco, mi sono sentito come braccato da uno strozzino pur essendo un utente che ha sempre pagato le sue bollette. Passerò subito ad altro fornitore non si può in questo periodo di crisi vivere con il fiato sul collo di certe persone. Non consiglio di passare a questa società.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ho maipagato tanti soldi con enega e se non paghi in tempo ti inviano subito lettere dagli avvocati, si sa che in questo periodo si cerca di risparmiare e ci sta qualcuno che non arriva a fine mese per problemi vari, loro che fanno ti intimidiscono con delle letter degli studi legali, con enel tutta l'italia e la maggior parte del popolino ha sempre pagato in ritardo ma non ha mai ricevuto lettere degli avvocati, credo che non si agisce così. GIUSTIZIALISTI, MA QUALCUNO credo che farà guerre legali.
