Location grande, spaziosa e arredata molto bene , una volta di venerdì c’è stato anche un gruppo che suonava, credo che se facessero più spesso questo evento probabilmente sarebbe più papabile dato che ultimamente in giro c’è gran poco , cibo buono ma abbastanza commerciale , comunque svariata scelta dal messicano, hamburger, pinsa … buon idea per arrivare a servire i gusti di grandi e piccini ! Staff was friendly. We came during the night (Sat) with no reservation. As it was pretty crowded, and no rsvn, we waited 10 mins for an available spot. Got seated somewhere in the middle. We ordered a fixed menu, which included welcome drink, nachos, main course and dessert + coffee. The nachos we're good, can't say it was the best I've had but overall decent. Now, I ordered a beef steak. I tell you, it looked amazing, and after eating for a few minutes the closer I got to the bones of the steak, it tasted rotten and old. A smell came out of rotten old meat once hitting the inner side to the bone. Couldn't eat further. It was rather a large steak, so from eating more than half of it, I was full but felt betrayed that I had eaten an old steak. We asked where the welcome drink was which is usually served first, which was just a cold sangria. We asked for our dessert, the chosen oreo cake was not available but the cheesecake was decent. The coffee was OK, but had to pay a bit extra for choosing cappuccino. On Sat nights, they have karaoke night, which plays only Italian music, old and hip Italian classics. Mainly because the customers choose it I believe, so no Mexican music at this Mexican restaurant. And it was rather loud music playing, so make sure to eat before the music starts, otherwise not enjoyable as you have to scream to talk with your partner. We spent all in all around 3 hours at this restaurant because that's how long it took to get seated with no rsvn, and the time for the food to arrive due to the busy packed restaurant. They seemed a bit understaffed. Could've used 2 more waitresses. Overall, OK. But I wouldn't recommend it, and neither will I go back there.

Going to a restaurant is not only about the food but about the whole experience and that is where it does live up to it. Food is good but the cleanliness was not upto the mark. For eg. The food plates were given were not clean and the dishes in which they bring food had finger imprints and skid marks.
