★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É da due settimane che sto cercando di contattare uno specifico ufficio per un problema, a parte una volta quando mi ha risposto una persona dicendo che la collega è a casa e non sa quando tornerà non mi ha più risposto nessuno. Pare che questo problema possa essere risolto da una sola persona che é però irraggiungibile.. Assurdo
 I've been trying to contact a specific office about a problem for two weeks, except once when a person replied saying that the colleague is at home and does not know when she will be back, no one has answered me anymore. It seems that this problem can be solved by a single person who is however unattainable .. Absurd

I had the pleasure of speaking to the rudest receptionist in history. I guess it's a tough job to answer calls, but letting off steam with the public is unprofessional. I recommend a re-evaluation of the staff;)

I phoned to find out who to contact for explanations on the pedigree, the switchboard operator kept repeating that it is an administrative managerial office. Rude and incompetent

Per il ritiro dei Pedigree (come nel mio caso) gli orari sono:
LUN, MER, VEN dalle 9:00 alle 12:00
Ma pensare di farli arrivare direttamente a casa con contrassegno no?
They have a lunch break from 12:30 to 13:30
For the collection of Pedigrees (as in my case) the times are:
MON, WED, FRI from 9:00 to 12:00
But think of having them arrive directly at home with cash on delivery, right?
