In caso di guasti (che rientrano nel periodo di garanzia ) En sit diventa irreperibile. Impossibile parlare con un responsabile.
La sconsiglio vivamente...
Company not very reliable and unprofessional.
In case of breakdowns (which fall within the warranty period) En sit becomes unavailable. Unable to speak to a manager.
I strongly advise against it ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Azienda, se così la vogliamo chiamare, di incompetenti tant’è che siamo ricorsi ad un avvocato per poter essere risarciti dopo il fanno che abbiamo subito ed ovviamente non si sono nemmeno degnato di rispondere... sono degli irresponsabili che a mio avviso dovrebbero chiudere perché incapaci e mi stupisco che ancora vendano e non siano stati visitati dalla finanza perché vendono un prodotto e si avvalgono di installatori ancor più incompetenti!!!!!
Company, if we want to call it that, of incompetents so much so that we resorted to a lawyer to be able to be compensated after the action we suffered and obviously they did not even deign to answer ... they are irresponsible who in my opinion should close because they are unable and I am amazed that they still sell and have not been visited by finance because they sell a product and make use of even more incompetent installers !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi decido, dopo oltre un anno e mezzo, a scrivere la mia opinione. Ho acquistato a gennaio 2020 un impianto fotovoltaico ibrido (con batteria di accumulo): ottimo prezzo, ottimi materiali, molto bravo il venditore. Dopo è stato un disastro completo: tecnici volenterosi ma incapaci di far funzionare la parte ibrida, assistenza tecnica inadeguata (per qualche tempo non rispondevano neanche al telefono e ai molteplici ticket), impianto mai completato per quanto riguarda il funzionamento. Anche la Viessman, da me interpellata, mi ha sostanzialmente abbandonato, dal momento che dell’assistenza risponde solo l’azienda con cui si fa il contratto. Peccato che alcune componenti hanno garanzia di 5 o 10 anni. Spero proprio di non avere altri guai, anche se, come detto, in atto l’operatività dell’impianto è parziale e non c’è modo di venirne a capo. Esperienza molto negativa!!!!
I decide, after more than a year and a half, to write my opinion. I purchased a hybrid photovoltaic system (with storage battery) in January 2020: great price, excellent materials, very good seller. Afterwards it was a complete disaster: willing technicians but unable to make the hybrid part work, inadequate technical assistance (for some time they did not even answer the phone and multiple tickets), the system was never completed as regards operation. Even Viessman, consulted by me, basically abandoned me, since only the company with which the contract is signed is responsible for assistance. Too bad that some components have a 5 or 10 year warranty. I really hope not to have any more troubles, even if, as mentioned, the plant's operation is partial and there is no way to deal with it. Very bad experience !!!!
