Ho chiesto che mi venisse cambiata una blusa difettata acquistata la sera prima, portando etichetta e scontrino. Mi hanno sottoposto a "processo", accusandomi prima di averla lavata (non aveva nemmeno odore di detersivo), poi di averla danneggiata mettendola dentro il sacchetto ( che mi avevano dato loro) e, da ultimo, mi hanno detto che avrei dovuto accorgermi del difetto al momento dell'acquisto. Non mi hanno restituito i soldi, a quel punto ho preso un'altra blusa a un prezzo inferiore...e sono scappata. L'importante era andare via e ...non tornarci più!!!
Nice clothing, moderate prices. Unprofessional and unfriendly staff. I asked for a defective blouse purchased the night before to be changed, bearing the label and receipt. They subjected me to "trial", accusing me first of having washed it (it did not even smell of detergent), then of having damaged it by putting it inside the bag (which they had given me) and, finally, they told me that I should have noticed the defect at the time of purchase. They didn't pay me back, at which point I got another blouse at a lower price ... and ran away. The important thing was to go away and ... never go back !!!
