Ho mandato email e foto, continuo ad aspettare. Dopo 2 mesi dalla consegna l’ho iniziato ad usare e ho avuto tantissimi problemi con la stufa. Li ho contattati , gentilissimi telefonicamente anche dicendo che sarebbero venuti a sostituirlo perché purtroppo avevano avuto problemi. Fortunatamente oggi, dopo più di un mese sono venuti a sostituire il pellet. D	Daniele DA RIVA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo il servizio post vendita, se ti si verifica un problema con della merce, come nel mio caso con dei pellets per la stufa, non ti badano ne se telefoni, ne se scrivi e se vai li ti trattano anche con arroganza e maleducazione. E naturalmente soluzioni nessuna, ti tieni il problema e ti arrangi. La risposta sotto evidenzia ancora una volta la TOTALE indisponibilità ad una soluzione più volte cercata e mai onorata eppure basterebbe poco, sarebbe sufficiente ritirare il pellet e rivenderlo ad uno dei mille clienti che invece sono soddisfatti, ma non lo si vuole fare. Eppure non ho chiesto alcun risarcimento né il rimborso del tecnico che è passato, ma solamente il ritiro della merce. Mi avevano proposto la sostituzione ma non si sono mai fatti vivi. Bad after-sales service, if you have a problem with some goods, as in my case with pellets for the stove, they don't mind you if you call, write and if you go there they also treat you with arrogance and rudeness. And of course no solutions, you keep the problem and you manage. The answer below once again highlights the TOTAL unavailability of a solution that has been sought several times and never honored yet it would take little, it would be enough to collect the pellets and resell it to one of the thousand customers who are satisfied, but do not want to do it. Yet I have not asked for any compensation or reimbursement of the technician who has passed, but only the withdrawal of the goods. They offered me a replacement but they never showed up.
