All"ingresso danno i numeri per fare la DID e poi il cd "impiegato", con fare grossolano e per niente professionale, ignora totalmente la numerazione data. UNO SCHIFO! Tanto per cambiare... Servizi nella sufficienza, l'ingresso di 15€ ( a persona ) dovrebbe prevedere un ombrellone e un lettino, ma nella realtà per mancanza di lettini viene data una sdraio. Questo dopo il pagamento dell'ingresso. Completa mancanza di coordinamento e collaborazione tra gestori e gli addetti all'assistenza bagnanti. Tentativi di disappunto ed eventuali reclami lasciano il tempo che trovano, il personale addetto alla reception ticket poco importa se sdraio o lettino al momento dell'ingresso devi versare 15€, ma non ti informano prima del pagamento che sono disponibili solo le sdraio. Eventuale lettino con tettoia antisole la disponibilità è prevista dietro pagamento extra di 2€ a lettino altrimenti la sdraio. Una stella è più che sufficiente. La pagina mi dava disponibilità di prenotazione e di orario ma arrivata lì, una guardia all’esterno mi dice che non era consentito l’accesso e che la prenotazione non sarebbe servita a nulla. Quindi non mi spiego perché il sito consenta di effettuare prenotazioni. Lo stesso giorno il mio ragazzo si è recato al centro dell’impiego di Capua (per il quale aveva prenotato nello stesso modo) e lo hanno ricevuto tranquillamente, sbrigando rapidamente la sua pratica. Dunque, la scusa “Covid” non regge affatto. Fatto sta che ho chiesto il trasferimento a Capua e non tornerò più alla sede di Caserta dove, a quanto pare, non hanno molta voglia di lavorare.
