Il ragazzo moro alla scrivania potrebbe essere benissimo essere sostituito da una figura cartonata con un dispenser di fogli. Staff thinking about their own things. No help or clarification except a trivial data entry. The dark-haired boy at the desk could very well be replaced by a cardboard figure with a sheet dispenser.

(Maleducata, scontrosa, mai un sorriso e con una voglia di lavorare che.....parliamone)..... un consiglio?!? Ci sono tanti giovani con molte qualità e qualifiche a casa in disoccupazione...sia al posto della signora sia di chi l'ha assunta!!! Anzi i telefoni ci sono ma sono utilizzate per le telefonate private (visto e sentito più volte di persona).... Nello sportello ti chiedono di prendere un appuntamento telefonico... diventa un cane che si morde la coda.... solo le persone che alzano la voce, reclamando con modi scurrili hanno le soluzioni immediate... perché? Non è un servizio diritto del cittadino???? Basta con questa arroganza e prepotenza nello svolgere il lavoro degli uffici statali... non è vero che son tutti così, ma parlandoci chiaro e nella maggioranza si!... facciamo qualcosa! A volte siamo in difficoltà solo perché non sappiamo cosa fare ? Parola di cittadina regolare! ? The desired extension does not respond, please call ... tutu tutu tu ... La prima impiegata che mi ha risposto è stata gentilissima nel dirmi che nonostante il gran carico di lavoro avrebbe fatto il possibile per aiutarmi. Ha girato la mia pratica a una collega che mi ha richiamato subito e con gentilezza rara e professionalità esemplare mi ha seguito in tutte le mie richieste e mi ha fornito la DID in brevissimo tempo. Complimenti per il servizio. I urgently needed DID as soon as possible to activate an internship.
