★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non hanno mai trovato il lavoro a nessuno. Ufficio totalmente inutile. Serve solo per registrarsi quando sei disoccupato e far iniziare a decorrere gli anni di disoccupazione.
 They never got anybody's job. Totally useless office. It only serves to register when you are unemployed and to start the years of unemployment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assoluta incapacità relazionale della dipendente che mi ha seguito oggi, non in grado di spiegare a una persona senza lavoro, ripeto senza lavoro le procedure da seguire e quello che ne conseguiva. Ha detto che mi sarebbero forse serviti dei corsi di specializzazione. Grazie per il consiglio. Ma credo che Lei abbia bisogno anche della formazione di base non solo della specializzazione. Sono uscita con le lacrime agli occhi.
Absolute relational incapacity of the employee who followed me today, unable to explain to a jobless person, I repeat without work the procedures to follow and what followed. He said that maybe I would need specialized courses. Thanks for the advice. But I believe you also need basic training, not just specialization. I came out with tears in my eyes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maleducati,personale incompetente anti professionale, i classici dipendenti statali raccomandati. Ho avuto un colloquio con un operatrice (quella grassa con i baffoni) NON è stata in grado ne di fornirmi le informazioni necessarie al mio problema ne di indirizzarmi al percorso professionale corretto. Mentre gli parlavo addirittura oltre ad usare toni scortesi , messaggiava usando il suo cellulare privato. Aprono alle 9 alle 10 già prendono il caffè.. hai un appuntamento alle 10 e ti fanno attendere almeno mezz ora.il giorno prima ti chiamano per confermarci che la mia pratica era corretta, il giorno dopo invece dopo era tutta e rifare..negligenza allo stato puro. IL lavoro nn te lo danno.. nn ti chiamano.. vergogna... leggendo poi tutte le recensioni quante persone che si sono lamentate con questo ente ..scappate nn perdete tempo con questi incompetenti statali raccomandati.. e gente così hanno il posto fisso??? L Italia fa proprio schifo
Rude, incompetent, unprofessional staff, the classic recommended state employees. I had an interview with an operator (the fat one with a mustache). She was unable to provide me with the information necessary for my problem nor to direct me to the correct professional path. While I was talking to him besides using rude tones, he was texting using his private cellphone. They open at 9 to 10 already have coffee .. you have an appointment at 10 and they make you wait at least half an hour. The day before they call you to confirm that my practice was correct, the next day instead it was all over and do again .. negligence in its pure state. They don't give you the job .. they don't call you .. shame ... then reading all the reviews how many people who have complained with this body .. you run away ... don't waste time with these incompetent recommended government .. and people like that have the place fixed??? Italy really sucks

Polite and knowledgeable staff. I made an appointment in the morning for the afternoon, everything ok. My practice was followed by a very nice and polite girl, unfortunately I don't remember the name ... For me efficient office and I recommend it!
