★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sconsigliata a chi è alle prime armi, nessuno ti aiuta nel fare gli esercizi per vedere se gli stai facendo bene... saletta abbastanza piccola, ma non troppo affollata, almeno per il periodo di tempo in cui ci sono stato io. Attrezzi vecchi e scarsa pulizia generale
 Not recommended for beginners, no one helps you in doing the exercises to see if you are doing them well ... quite small room, but not too crowded, at least for the period of time I was there. Old tools and poor general cleaning

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ È la mia palestra da anni ormai e non posso lamentarmi: personale gentilissimo e disponibile, prezzi giusti e un ambiente molto ospitale e accogliente. Non ti senti messo in soggezione dalla moltitudine di professionisti muscolosi perché il loro numero è bilanciato perfettamente con le persone normali che vogliono solo rimettersi in forma senza essere giudicati da nessuno. I personal Trainer sono bravissimi e aiutano con un sorriso per ogni cosa! Per quanto concerne i corsi che offre posso solo dire che mi sembrano molto ben organizzati. Consigliatissima
It's been my gym for years now and I can not complain: very kind and helpful staff, fair prices and a very hospitable and welcoming environment. You do not feel in awe of the multitude of muscular professionals because their number is perfectly balanced with normal people who just want to get back into shape without being judged by anyone. Personal Trainer are very good and help with a smile for everything! As for the courses it offers I can only say that they seem very well organized. Highly recommended

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima palestra. Molto spaziosa nella zona sala attrezzi. Zona Cardio ben fornita e separata dalla zona attrezzi; vi è anche uno spazio ampio dedicato agli allenamenti a corpo libero. Dotata di altre 2 sale riservate ai corsi. Trainer sempre attenti e disponibili; c’è la possibilità di avere la propria scheda personale fatta da loro o di allenarsi liberamente. Spogliatoi puliti e spaziosi, dotati di docce, bagni, zona phon e armadietti. Receptionist molto attente al mantenimento delle norme di sicurezza del Covid.
Great gym. Very spacious in the tool room area. Cardio area well equipped and separated from the equipment area; there is also a large space dedicated to free body workouts. Equipped with 2 other rooms reserved for courses. Trainers always attentive and available; there is the possibility to have their own personal file made by them or to train freely. Clean and spacious changing rooms, equipped with showers, bathrooms, hairdryer area and lockers. Receptionist very attentive to the maintenance of Covid safety regulations.
