La competitività, obbligatoria nel settore se vuoi raggiungere qualche soddisfazione, lascia anche spazio all'umanità. Tutti, dirigenza e staff sono persone, e ti trattano come tale, non solo un numero nelle statistiche. Spero possa crescere e continuare ad evolversi e migliorare.
I have twenty years of experience in the utility sector, and never as in this case do I feel I can say that there is more than just work. Competitiveness, mandatory in the sector if you want to achieve some satisfaction, also leaves room for humanity. Everyone, management and staff are people, and they treat you as such, not just a number in the statistics. I hope it can grow and continue to evolve and improve.
