Esperienza tutto sommato discreta, ottimo assortimento di pasticceria e anche qualche gusto di gelato. Restaurant in a great location on the corner of via Roma with via Cesare Battisti, slightly high prices (but right for the center) good coffee and friendly girls. Apertivi, drink e pasticcini di ottima qualità. L’unica pecca sono i prezzi parecchio alti rispetto ad altri locali in zona. Dopo 45 min di attesa con 5 bambini al tavolo, ho chiesto gentilmente se qualcuno poteva sgomberare, pulire o disinfettare il tavolo, il ragazzo oltre a darmi del tu e non del lei, con tono alterato ha risposto che bisogna avere pazienza visto che il locale era pieno. Non vado oltre, ma la cosa si è dilungata con altre scenate da parte di cameriere verso signora adulta senza un minimo di rispetto. Leggendo le recensioni mi pare di capire che il personale è recidivo e manca di educazione e rispetto che sono DOTI IMPRESCINDIBILI. A questo punto, direttore o titolare, dovrebbero seriamente considerare veritiere certe recensioni e provvedere a verificare, MAI vista una maleducazione simile. Siamo entrati e abbiamo trovato un bancone completamente sfornito. Comunque ci sediamo e aspettiamo che arrivi qualcuno per l'ordine. C'eravamo solo noi e un'altra coppia che gia stavano consumando. Non vedendo arrivare nessuno ci alziamo per chiedere se si effettuava il servizio a tavola. Alla risposta positiva ci sediamo di nuovo. Nessuno comunque si é prodigato e abbiamo deciso di andarcene. Comunque uscendo abbiamo comprato dei macarons. Inutile dire che erano vecchi e sembravano più delle meringhe stantie. Abbiamo provato un caffè con gelato e crema di pistacchi, è stata una goduria e di una bontà unica! Il personale è stato gentile e disponibile, il locale è arredato in modo impeccabile ed è sempre pieno di tanti prodotti di pasticceria e torte bellissime! Sicuramente ci torneremo. For just 5 euros one can order fresh tea from leaves, no bags, and 3 items by choice from the patisserie. I had a problem choosing so we asked the waiter to make a selection. It hard to explain the tastes, so look at the pictures. Great tastes as one should expect from a real master. Later I learned he is in fact Master Italian Pastry Chef and Junior World Champion in 2011.
