Non contenta ci ha seguite fino all'uscita continuando il dramma con urla e insulti. Per quanto riguarda la selezione dei capi, direi veramente di cattivo gusto. Decisamente Sconsigliato. Questa è gente che non ha voglia di vendere e fa perdere tempo alle persone!!!! Con il suo fare sempre ringhioso, superbo, altezzoso e presuntuoso nei confronti del cliente. Spiego brevemente: dopo continue telefonate dove non si sa perché ci rinviava sempre la prima prova abito arrivati a 8 giorni prima della fatidica data, stretti con i tempi (per la loro mancanza di professionalità) al primo inciampo Crudelia ha montato una scenata ingiustificata quando alla seconda prova la sposa dimentica le scarpe. Una scena raccapricciante che non auguro a nessuno che spende tanti soldi per un abito da sposa. Ci si sente ringhiare contro improperi di ogni tipo solo per aver dimenticato le scarpe, invece di venire incontro e risolvere il problema la proprietaria lo ha ingigantito senza motivo quando si poteva risolvere in un attimo oltretutto in un momento delicato come questo.... Oltre alla figuraccia che ci ha fatto, dimostra la totale mancanza di rispetto e considerazione per il cliente. Abbiamo pagato profumatamente per essere poi trattati a pesci in faccia. È chiaro che non metterò più piede in questo posto e mi batterò per non farci entrare nessuno di mia conoscenza. I deserve 0 stars.
