Poi ho scoperto che non hanno cambiato le placche e le molle vecchie, che erano inclusi nel preventivo concordato. L'ho richiamati, ma mi hanno chiesto un pagamento aggiuntivo, mandandomi un preventivo modificato e poi hanno cancellato le voci del preventivo precedente e hanno cambiato gli importi. È assurdo. Then I found that they did not change the old plates and springs, which were included in the agreed quote. I called him back, but they asked me for an additional payment, sent me a modified estimate and then they deleted the items from the previous estimate and changed the amounts. Is absurd.
