★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most beautiful and historical city. The streets of Allberobello are decorated with iconic, one of a kind houses that look like huge cones made of stone. These are called trulli, and where built in the 16th-17th centuries. These houses where built to prevent taxes to the people. This was because people had to pay for built houses. However the trulli was very easily taken apart, so when the tax collectors would come, the trulli would be taken apart, as the house would not need to be payed for if under construction. The trulli is also a wonderful house as during summer it is cold in the house, and during winter it would be warm. Allberobello also has a beautiful cathedral with the city being awesome and the people being welcoming and nice.
